Organic vs non organic food essay

I grew up with a walnut tree in our backyard and we always threw out the ones with the holes in the shell. The insects had hatched while inside, being laid before the shells had hardened. They ate their fill and after their way out of the nut so we knew the holey ones would not be good inside. I’m sure the insecticide that is put around the walnut trees would come up through the roots and thus be SYSTEMIC toxin, not a sprayed on one. Many foods have issues from systemic toxins and thus CAN’T be washed off. Organic is the way to avoid this.

Thank you. I’m no Doctor, but I notice none of the so-called doctors commenting mentioned any of these well publicized facts. Not to mention pesticide literally bred inside the seed, or the corrolation to cancer in countries that use GMO seed and super-bug pesticides needed to grow them, nor do they acknowledge the actual comparisons in crops grown in Kenya where they competed against GMO crops using new and improved irrigation and cultivation techniques where in the GMO crops took twice as long, far more water, and still were less abundant, and left the land contaminated. Lots ignored by the so-called “Doctors” – including the ones I know.

Now here’s something important to understand: 100% organic mattresses simply do not exist. In reality, any mattress company claiming to have organic mattresses actually contains a mix of both organic materials and other natural components in their mattresses. However, a certified organic mattress does indeed actually mean that at least 95% of the latex used in that mattress is made from certified organic components. But most latex mattresses on the market are simply not organic because they’re A) not certified organic and B) they don’t meet those 95% standards.

they changed the verbiage, I like to call it “Genetically altered,” to cover all bases. Personally I stick to ancient grains and make my own food whenever possible. If you think the government-subsidized corporate farms are looking out for your health, people, think again; it’s all about the Benjamins. Trust me. There is a quiet little revolution happening all over the country; people are fighting back for control of the food they eat by buying from local, like-minded farmers and making their own bread, etc. from ancient grain flour. It isn’t difficult, and personally, I feel a thousand times better when I eat clean and avoid anything processed whenever possible.
