11 At the end of the semester the students were asked to critique the course including the project component. Of the 21 questionnaires completed, only three had negative responses to the project-related questions and these were complaints about the amount of time and effort the project and the computer work required. The rest of the comments were positive, indicating that the students thought the projects were a worthwhile part of the course and that they had learned something from doing it.
